2. Our Products
MysteryKits.gr offers football mystery boxes and related football products.
Each Mystery Box contains a football jersey or football-related product selected at random, depending on the product category purchased. The exact club, country, brand, season, or design is not revealed before purchase, unless clearly stated on the product page.
Product images used on the website are for presentation and promotional purposes. The product received may differ from the images shown, depending on availability, size, category, and stock.
We make every reasonable effort to describe our products accurately. However, minor differences in color, packaging, details, or presentation may occur.

3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect customer information.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid through the original payment method, where possible.

4. Prices & Payment
All prices shown on the website are in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown during checkout before the order is completed.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. MysteryKits.gr does not store full card details or sensitive payment information.
We reserve the right to update product prices, offers, and delivery charges at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are shown for guidance only and may vary depending on courier availability, destination, seasonal demand, or circumstances beyond our control.
MysteryKits.gr is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details, courier delays, force majeure events, strikes, extreme weather conditions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer may receive tracking information where available.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Right of Withdrawal
For online purchases, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day they receive the product, without giving a reason. This applies to distance purchases within the EU.
To request a return or withdrawal, the customer must contact us at info@sylc.gr within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund according to the applicable consumer protection rules. EU consumer guidance states that refunds after valid withdrawal should be made within 14 days.
For size exchanges, customers should contact us at info@sylc.gr. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

7. Mystery Box Policy
By purchasing a Mystery Box, the customer understands and accepts that the product is selected at random.
The customer cannot choose the exact team, country, club, design, or jersey included, unless this option is clearly offered on the product page.
The mystery nature of the product is part of the purchase experience and does not by itself constitute a defect or reason for complaint.
However, this does not affect the customer’s legal consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal and rights relating to defective or incorrect products.

8. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact the customer to offer an alternative product, wait for restock, or cancel and refund the order.

9. Discount Codes & Promotions
Discount codes, gift cards, and promotional offers may be subject to specific terms, expiry dates, minimum order values, or product restrictions.
Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless clearly stated.
MysteryKits.gr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.

10. Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through MysteryKits.gr may be used only on our website.
Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, unless required by applicable law.
The customer is responsible for keeping the gift card code safe. MysteryKits.gr is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift card codes.

11. User Accounts
Customers may be able to create an account on our website.
Customers are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for all activity carried out through their account.
MysteryKits.gr reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, abusive behavior, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on MysteryKits.gr, including logos, text, graphics, images, product descriptions, design elements, website layout, and branding, belongs to MysteryKits.gr or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any website content without our prior written permission.
Third-party football club names, logos, trademarks, and brands remain the property of their respective owners. MysteryKits.gr does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks.

13. Limitation of Liability
MysteryKits.gr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights that consumers have under applicable consumer protection law.

You agree not to use our website for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
